601 Bridger Main Office TI | October 2022 Progress

Work is progressing on the 601 Bridger Main Level TI office project. This is a design-build project to complete the buildout of the Schwartz Building at 601 Bridger. We previously completed the upper-level law office area (entire floor) and the Brew It coffee shop (main level). This project will finish building out the main level and provide more law office space. The finishes and appearance will be similar to what we completed on the upper level.

Jackpot Joanie’s HS | June 2021 Update

Our latest Jackpot Joanie’s location completed for Eclipse Gaming is complete and opened today! This is our third location we have provided design-build services for Eclipse Gaming and have at least two more locations in progress. Below are photos from their pre-opening to get the place ready for there customers this afternoon. Final photos will follow once we have these ready.

Brew It Coffee at 601 Bridger | May 2021 Progress

Progress is well underway for a new coffee shop in downtown Las Vegas. Breslin Builders provided design-build services for the Brew It Coffee shop at 601 Bridger (corner of 6th Street and Bridger in downtown). The project is a continuation of other work we have completed over the past year including the entire upper level of the building for Schwartz Law‘s new office. We are also completing lobby and restroom upgrades on the main level, as well as creating a space for future tenant improvements on the main level.

Jackpot Joanie’s SE | March 2021 Progress

Our second design-build Jackpot Joanie’s location at Sahara and Eastern is nearing completion.  The old Dream Furniture location has been completely renovated into a new Jackpot Joanie’s location.  Breslin Builders provided full design-build services for this project.

Jackpot Joanie’s HS | March 2021 Progress

The tenant improvement work for a new Jackpot Joanie’s at Hualapai and Sunset is progress into the finishes mode.  Ceiling grid, paint, FRP, and other items are being installed in this new location for Jackpot Joanie’s.

 

As with two prior Jackpot Joanie’s locations, Breslin Builders is providing full design-build services on this project also including in-house design and full general contracting services.

 

The project is anticipated to be finished in May | June 2021.

601 Bridger Offices | October 2020 Progress

Our design-build offices on the second level of the 601 Bridger building, located at the southeast corner of 6th Street and Bridger Avenue in downtown Las Vegas is reaching completion.

 

The new law office project contains over 7,000 square feet of high-end finishes and methods including polished concrete floors, level 5 smooth walls, recessed and pendant lighting, high-gloss cabinet finishes, decorative wall tiles, just to name a few.  The project encompasses the entire second level of the two-story building.

 

Breslin Builders is providing both the design and construction of the project.

Cactus Plaza Expansion | July 2019 Progress

Work on the retail expansion at Cactus Plaza is progressing and stucco work has been completed.  The work involves the expansion of the end cap space into an existing patio area to allow more space for a future tenant improvement.  In addition to the new walls and stucco work shown in the photos below, the existing sloped patio slab was removed and a new flat slab was provided, as well as additional insulation, reworking of some minor plumbing and electrical items, and eventually the installation of new storefront systems in the existing opening and removal of the existing south facing storefront to expand the interior area.

Breslin Builders provided the original construction for the center in 2015-2016 and are providing design-build services for this new expansion work.  The work is progressing and will be completed by the end of July 2019.

Anthem Highlands TI | December 2018

Breslin Builders is providing demolition and tenant improvement services for the Phillips Edison & Company at their Anthem Highlands shopping center property.  They are a repeat client for Breslin Builders (we completed work at their Rainbow and Warm Springs property earlier this year).  Our design-build scope is to provide selective demolition services to remove the existing Tropical Smoothie build-out and prepare the space for a future tenant improvement.

Our scope include a ward vanilla shell TI ready for the future tenant (in this case an authorized Verizon retail store) finishes. In addition to the construction services, Breslin Builders provided the needed plans, coordinated and pulled permits with the City of Henderson (over the counter processing).  This project has a quick turn around and will be ready in January 2019.

Mesa Oils | September 2018

Breslin Builders has been retained to provide design-build services for a new marijuana production and extraction facility in Henderson, Nevada.  Breslin Builders provided the initial documents needed for State of Nevada and City of Henderson approvals to open within the existing office/warehouse space.

The new work will include a full build out of the open unfinished warehouse space and will include both expanded extraction areas and a large production area for infused products.

Construction documents are currently being prepared for submittal to the City of Henderson in October 2018.

 

 

High Risk Pregnancy TI Remodel | August 2018 Progress

Breslin Builders has been selected to provide construction services for a medical office tenant improvement remodel at the existing High Risk Pregnancy Center on Pinto Lane in Las Vegas, Nevada. Years ago Breslin Builders provided the original construction services for the shell building and tenant space (CMFM Building) and are grateful to be able to continue providing construction services for them (click here to see more of our medical office projects).

This project consists of medical office space remodels on both the main level and upper level, new finishes in various locations, as well as building a sound proof room for podcasting and video.

Work has begun on the main level area, which once finishes, will allow them to move spaces from the upper level and allow more treatment rooms to be installed on the upper level medical office area.

Art Institute Recording Studio | June 2018 Progress

Breslin Builders is putting the finishing touches on the new recording studio at the Art Institute of Las Vegas.  The sound panels and other acoustical items are being installed, as well as the other finishing touches, ready for AI to install the sound recording equipment.  Progress photos are below:

 

St. Rose Coronado Progress

Nearing completion, the St Rose Coronado project is progressing along.  Carports are finished, site landscaping is being finished, interior core areas are being finalized, first floor tenant improvements, with final inspections and other items being completed.  Progress photos are below.

Southwest Marketplace Completing

Breslin Builders is putting the finishing touches on the Southwest Marketplace project located at Rainbow and Warm Springs in the southwest Las Vegas valley area.  The project is an expansion of the existing inline retail center, anchored by a Smith’s Food and Drug center.  In addition to the shell building, we have also provided tenant demising and other landlord items for two of the future tenant spaces.

 

 

Domino’s Pizza TI Progressing

Breslin Builders has started the tenant improvement construction efforts for a new Domino’s Pizza at the existing shopping center at the northeast corner of West Sahara and South Decatur. The space converts two vacant tenant spaces into one Domino’s Pizza establishment. To date demolition work and underground plumbing installations have been completed. Look for this new location to open in Spring 2017.
