Our second design-build Jackpot Joanie’s location at Sahara and Eastern is nearing completion. The old Dream Furniture location has been completely renovated into a new Jackpot Joanie’s location. Breslin Builders provided full design-build services for this project.

Breslin Builders has started the tenant improvement construction efforts for a new Domino’s Pizza at the existing shopping center at the northeast corner of West Sahara and South Decatur. The space converts two vacant tenant spaces into one Domino’s Pizza establishment. To date demolition work and underground plumbing installations have been completed. Look for this new location to open in Spring 2017.
Below are interior photos of the PDQ Restaurant on West Sahara that we recently finished. More info about PDQ can be found on their website. This is the second Las Vegas valley location we have finished for them. The first one was on Craig Road and Allen in North Las Vegas.
Breslin Builders has completed our second PDQ Restaurant on West Sahara (after our first one in North Las Vegas earlier this year).
Breslin Builders is making progress on the construction for a new medical marijuana dispensary at the Sahara Towne Square retail center at East Sahara Avenue and Maryland Parkway. Breslin Builders is providing design-build services for this 3,000 square foot dispensary project located within an existing vacant retail space. All but the existing restroom area is being remodeled of what was once a Blockbuster Video store. The project is scheduled for completion in April/May 2015.
Following the near completion of our North Las Vegas PDQ project, we are starting the early grading work at the new PDQ location at West Sahara and Richfield. This project will be a new restaurant in an existing parking lot. Once final building permits are pulled full work will be started. We anticipate a completed project mid-Summer.
