The new retail building Breslin Builders is constructing for Dapper Development at Craig and 95 is progressing with the slab in place ready for framing. The slab has a ribbon strip for the two future retail space underground work. Progress photos are below:
Construction work has begun on the new 3,200+ square foot multi-tenant retail shell space at Dapper Development’s Craig and 95 project. In preparation for the two restaurant tenants a grease interceptor has been installed, along with the balance of the shell underground plumbing. Prior to the underground work, grading was completed and concrete forms were in place. We anticipate the project having an approximate 90 day schedule.

Breslin Builders is wrapping up the final items in the St. Rose Coronado project. Main level tenants have been finalized and tenants are moving into their spaces. Bike racks are being installed at various areas at the site per City of Henderson requirements. The landscaping along St. Rose Parkway has also been installed.

Nearing completion, the St Rose Coronado project is progressing along. Carports are finished, site landscaping is being finished, interior core areas are being finalized, first floor tenant improvements, with final inspections and other items being completed. Progress photos are below.

St. Rose Coronado’s recent progress includes more site work being finalized include the massive effort to pave the entire parking lot, installation of walkway pavers, and other related site work. Interior progress includes installation of the tenant improvements, finalize core/shell lobby and restroom areas, and other related items.
Site work and final grading for the parking lot area is in progress at the St Rose Coronado project we are constructing in Henderson, Nevada. The building exteriors are receiving their final coats of paint and other decorative features also. Interior core/shell improvements, as well as interior tenant improvements, are being worked on also.

Breslin Builders is putting the finishing touches on the Southwest Marketplace project located at Rainbow and Warm Springs in the southwest Las Vegas valley area. The project is an expansion of the existing inline retail center, anchored by a Smith’s Food and Drug center. In addition to the shell building, we have also provided tenant demising and other landlord items for two of the future tenant spaces.
Breslin Builders has made a lot progress on the St. Rose Coronado Center over the past few months. The project is located in Henderson, Nevada on St.Rose Parkway (south of the 215 freeway). The project consists of a 3-story office building (tilt-up and metal frame construction) and two wood framed in-line retail buildings.
Currently we are finishing up the retail shell spaces, progressing the office shell space, and starting multiple interior office tenant improvement spaces on the main level. Site work will start soon with a Fall 2017 completion date anticipated.
Work on the 9,845 square foot retail expansion at the Southwest Marketplace retail center, located at 8050 South Rainbow Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada, is progressing with framing completed and rough electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installation taking place. The project will expand the existing retail center, anchored by a Smith’s grocery store. The project is anticipated to be completed for tenant occupancy this fall.
Breslin Builders has recently completed the Kemp Retail Center on Cactus in southwest part of Las Vegas, Nevada. The inline retail center includes a free standing restaurant drive-thru pad shell building also. Other items included as part of the project include full half-street improvements on Cactus, a pump house for the required fire pump (due to low water pressure in the developing area), and full site improvements.

Breslin Builder’s work on the new office and retail center at St. Rose and Coronado in Henderson, Nevada is progressing with underground plumbing and concrete foundations being placed. The project consists of multiple buildings including a three story tilt-up office building and two single story inline retail buildings, along with a fast food pad.

Our Kemp Retail project on Cactus west of I-15 is getting some final colors on the exterior. Construction is progressing with curbs and other site amenities being installed also. Breslin Builders will also be starting phase two later this year once the proper approvals and permits are in place.

The new retail center on Cactus just west of the I-15 is progressing with the second retail building framed and the first building being wrapped for stucco. Off site work along Cactus is progressing also including curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and other street improvements.

After months of grading, utility underground, and foundation work, the Cactus Retail project is finally building upwards. The center retail building had rough framing completed and the westerly building has the perimeter CMU block wall completed, ready to start rough framing of this building.

The Cactus Retail, also known as Kemp Retail, is progressing further now that the building permits have been issued. The civil permits were issued 4th quarter 2015 and a majority of the underground work is completed. Footing excavations have begun for the retail buildings. The project is scheduled to be completed end of May 2016.

The new retail center at Cactus and Valley View is progressing with the on-site utility installation work taking place now that the off-site underground utility work is completed. Building permits for the project have been issued also, allowing the vertical construction to starting taking place in early 2016.

Breslin Builders has started the earthwork and underground utility portion for a new project being constructed on Cactus Avenue in the southwest part of the valley, 3600 West Cactus, just east of Valley View.
The project will consist of two retail building spaces totaling over 20,000 square feet. In addition to the shell retail/restaurant spaces, Breslin Builders will be providing full on-site improvements, as well as half street improvements for Cactus Avenue.
Westar Architects is the architect of record on the project.
