Dewey Parking Lot (Raiders)| June 2024 Progress

Breslin Builders is continuing our relationship and work for the Las Vegas Stadium Events Company (Las Vegas Raiders) and furthering development work around Allegiant Stadium. Our current progress includes off-site improvements along Dewey Drive and Polaris Avenue. The work includes half-street improvements, curb and gutter installation, and sidewalks along the two street frontages.

We previously completed parking lot development along Dewey Drive before the 2023-2024 NFL Season. This new work will continue work in this area before the upcoming football season.

Dewey Parking Lot – Allegiant Stadium

As part of the ongoing improvements in the area around Allegiant Stadium, another parking option is being added to the mix. Breslin Builders is providing construction services to clear the existing site in preparation for a new parking lot use.
