Built by Breslin Builders for Station Plaza Self-Storage LLC, this development marks a significant milestone in expanding high-quality storage solutions for the local community.

Winchell’s Restroom Add | July 2024 Final

Breslin Builders has completed work on a new restroom addition to their existing Winchell’s Pub and Grill in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The addition of this single-use restroom will allow families to dine at the facility (per SNHD requirements) due to the location of the existing restrooms adjacent to the bar.

This addition was added to the existing enclosed patio area. Given the location, this restroom was constructed to be fully enclosed and similar to a new building, including a full roof system. The exterior walls were finished to match the existing patio walls.

Station Plaza Storage | July 2024 Progress

Grading efforts have progressed at the site of the new storage facility Breslin Builders is providing design-build services for GK Development. The first efforts include soils preparations and over-excavating requirements per the geotechnical engineer – UES. Priority Grading is currently working on building the pads for the three separate buildings. Additionally, National Pipeline is working on the utility extensions to the site.

Station Plaza Storage | June 2024 Progress

Breslin Builders has started work on GK Development’s new Station Plaza Storage project in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

This design-build multi-story, multi-building project is being completed on a vacant pad at the Station Plaza Shopping Center. The project is located along Carey Avenue across from the North Las Vegas Airport.

The project contains three separate buildings. Building A is a three-story structure with 96,306 SF of area, Building B is a single-story structure with 4,938 SF, and Building C is a single-story structure with 4,737 SF. A total of 799 storage units are included in the project.

The project broke ground on June 24, 2024, and will take about a year to complete. We are excited to add this storage project to our portfolio of storage projects we have completed over the past number of years.

Winchell’s Bar and Grill Restroom Add | April 2024 Update

Breslin Builders has started the restroom addition to the existing Winchell’s Bar and Grill in North Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a project for ECL Gaming, for which we also provide design-build services for their Jackpot Joanie’s and Lucky 7’s locations (as well as completed their corporate office recently).

This project adds a single-use ADA-accessible restroom in the existing enclosed patio area (a building within the patio area). Due to the interior bar configuration and the past indoor clean air requirements, the existing tavern restrooms were not legally accessible to the families wishing to dine at the restaurant. This addition will satisfy the SNHD’s access requirement allowing all to dine at the establishment.

Breslin Builders is pleased to provide continued services for ECL Gaming. The project is anticipated to be finished by July 2024.

Station Plaza Storage | Design-Build July 2023

Breslin Builders is providing design-build services for a new multi-story multi-building storage facility to be constructed on an existing pad at the Station Plaza shopping center, anchored by a Walmart Supercenter. Land-use approvals were recently granted by the City of North Las Vegas Planning Commission. The project will contain 808 storage units of various sizes and across the three different buildings.

Lucky 7’s CS | March 2023 Progress

Our project for ECL Gaming at Craig and Simmons, Lucky 7’s CS, is almost completed. This is another remodel of an existing tavern that involved the complete remodel of the interior, fixing some structural issues along the way, and cleaning up the exterior facades.

Lucky 7’s CS | Progress February 2023

Our remodel work for a new Lucky 7’s tavern at the corner of Craig and Simmons is progressing towards a finish next month. This remodel converted the existing Sporting Chance tavern into a new Lucky 7’s location and included a complete interior remodel, as well as facade adjustments.

Jackpot Joanie’s DC | September 2022 Progress

We have started our next Jackpot Joanie’s project. This one will remodel the existing Magoo’s at Cheyenne and Decatur into a new Jackpot Joanie’s location. Selective demolition work has progressed, along with underground plumbing. Rough framing for new openings has been completed also. We anticipate this project to be open first part of 2023.

Mini-Storage at Revere | Final Photos

Below are some of the final photos taken of the new self-storage project Breslin Builders has recently completed. The project is located at 4280 Revere St. in North Las Vegas. Consisting of three different buildings, one being a climate controlled three-story structure, and the other two are single story unconditioned storage buildings.

Mini-Storage at Revere | July 2020 Progress

Breslin Builders progresses the new self-storage project on Revere Street (south of Craig Road) in North Las Vegas.  The multi-building project, including a large 3-story facility, is slated for completion in September/October 2020.

Rebel Oil Terminal Fire Pump | October 2018 Progress

Breslin Builders is working with Rebel Oil Company to upgrade their fire pump at their existing terminal in North Las Vegas, Nevada.  Our design-build services included a new concrete pad for the pump house equipment, electrical feeds, as well as bollard installation for vehicular protection.  This pump will tie into their existing on-site fire system to provide updated fire suppression for their fueling canopies and loading racks as required by Clark County Fire Department.

Dollar Storage finishing up

The Dollar Storage project Breslin Builders is constructing on Centennial Boulevard in North Las Vegas is nearing completion.  Asphalt paving was recently completed for the project.  Finish work for the various mechanical, electrical, fire sprinkler, painting, and other systems is also being completed.

Dollar Self Storage Work Progressing

Work on the new 657 unit, 88,500+ square foot Dollar Self Storage facility in North Las Vegas is progressing with the framing on the storage units currently in progress. The front office building is being closed in with gypsum board being installed on the inside also.

This is another of the many mini-storage projects Breslin Builders has constructed over the three decades we have been in business. The facility is scheduled to be opened Fall 2017.

PDQ Restaurant on Craig Road opens

Breslin Builders recently completed the first PDQ Restaurant in the Las Vegas valley at Craig and Allen in North Las Vegas, Nevada. This is the first of a number of locations anticipated in the Las Vegas area, including the second location we have already started construction work for on West Sahara.
