This is a newer remodel project we are well underway with for ECL Gaming. This is a remodel of the existing Irene’s tavern into a new Jackpot Joanie’s. The project involves a complete remodel of the interior and an update and a remodel of the exterior facade. The project includes new exterior framing and stucco, cutting openings in the existing CMU walls, new roofing materials installed, and a full buildout on the interior including new restrooms, a new gaming area and bar, and seating areas.
Breslin Builders is pleased to have partnered with Cherry Development on his past projects and looks forward to adding another one to the list. This one will be in the Historic Westside part of downtown Las Vegas at Jefferson and D St. This project will be similar to the other Share projects we have designed and constructed, but will add additional commercial space to the project, bring much needed retail style space to the area.
Work is progressing on the 601 Bridger Main Level TI office project. This is a design-build project to complete the buildout of the Schwartz Building at 601 Bridger. We previously completed the upper-level law office area (entire floor) and the Brew It coffee shop (main level). This project will finish building out the main level and provide more law office space. The finishes and appearance will be similar to what we completed on the upper level.
We have started our next Jackpot Joanie’s project. This one will remodel the existing Magoo’s at Cheyenne and Decatur into a new Jackpot Joanie’s location. Selective demolition work has progressed, along with underground plumbing. Rough framing for new openings has been completed also. We anticipate this project to be open first part of 2023.
This project has reached another milestone with the on-site paving process taking place. Work continues elsewhere on the site including interior finishes, final mechanical, plumbing, and electrical needs.
We have progressed to the podium level of the project and are getting things ready for the elevated slab pour. Inserts and embeds are being placed, slab reinforcement has started, progressing to a slab pour.
We have started another multi-story self-storage facility in the Las Vegas valley. This 3-story single-building project is in Henderson Nevada at the Lake Mead Crossing Shopping Center at Lake Mead Parkway and Water Street.
Earthwork and initial underground utility work is currently progressing. The project is expected to be completed 2nd Quarter 2023.
The 84-unit apartment project is progressing with the concrete podium columns in place and the garage slab areas being graded. Progress has been made on the perimeter CMU walls leading towards the podium form work and pour.
All City of Las Vegas Building and Public Works permits are finalized and pulled for our new project being completed for Cherry Development! Underground plumbing work is progressing, as well as excavation for the footings. Site utilities are underway. A lot is starting to happen on this 84-unit, 4-story apartment project in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, and soon things will start coming out of the ground.
Our multi-building and multi-story self-storage project being complete for Hugh Horne and HPI in Henderson, Nevada is progressing with roofing in place and exterior finishes being placed. This project is slated for a Summer 2022 opening.
Our next apartment project in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada has started! This one will be similar to the one we completed at Casino Center and Colorado, with an added floor to increase the unit count to 84 units. The project will progress throughout 2022 with an anticipated completed first part of 2023.
