Dewey Parking Lot – Allegiant Stadium

As part of the ongoing improvements in the area around Allegiant Stadium, another parking option is being added to the mix. Breslin Builders is providing construction services to clear the existing site in preparation for a new parking lot use.

Carter’s For Kids OSHKOSH | July 2023 Progress

Breslin Builders has been actively working on a tenant improvement remodel of an existing retail space at the Silverado Ranch Plaza at Eastern and Silverado Ranch in Las Vegas, Nevada. The former 4,288 square foot T-Mobile space is being transformed into a Carter’s For Kids and OSHKOSH co-branded location.

Breslin Builder is providing the landlord work for the tenant improvement. Worked started in June 2023 and is nearing completion in August. Dan Stuart Davis, Architect is the architect of record for the project.

Our scope includes selective demolition of the existing space, new restrooms, open retail space, and back-of-house areas ready for the tenant to install the needed sales fixture and other tenant supplied items for the retail store.

8th and Bonneville Apartments | Design-Builder July 2023

Breslin Builders is starting the construction documents for a new multi-story 113 unit apartment project in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. This design-build project, being completed for InvestarUSA, will be located at the northeast corner of 8th Street and Bonneville Avenue. Consisting of a three-level parking structure (one to be subterranean), with four level so of apartments on top of the podium, this project will add needed residential units in the downtown area, helping further the City’s development and redevelopment of the downtown area. The project already has received City Council approval. We anticipate breaking ground in the 2nd Quarter 2024 once the needed building permits are issued.

shareDOWNTOWN is 3 years old! | RJ Business Article

It’s been three years since we completed the first shareDOWNTOWN apartment project in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada for Sam Cherry’s Cherry Development. We have since finished the second project (at 11th and Stewart) and are starting the design-build construction documents for the third project (in the Historic Westside of downtown Las Vegas).

Gipsy Nightclub | June 2023 Progress

Our Gipsy Nightclub project keeps moving along. Interior finishes are being installed, as well as exterior site work is progressing. Breslin Builders is working with the owner on some owner updates and changes to help bring their vision for the space to reality.

shareDOWNTOWN at 11th | March 2023 Progress

We are wrapping up our second shareDOWNTOWN project for Cherry Development. This one is shareDOWNTOWN East Fremont (at 11th and Stewart). The finishing touches on the interiors, site work, and other items are being completed.

World Wide Safety Award 2023

Breslin Builders, specifically the shareDOWNTOWN at 11th project, and Tony Barras, the project manager and superintendent, were awarded the General Contractor of the Year Award for projects $12MM. World Wide Safety awarded Breslin Builders the project for our safety record during the course of the project. We take safety seriously and are honored that Breslin Builders was chosen for this award.

This was the 5th Annual WWS Awards. It was a fun night of good food, good entertainment, and connection with industry colleagues. Find out more information regarding World Wide Safety with this link.

In addition to the awards presentation, the event had an auction benefiting a new local public charter school specifically related to construction. Check out this link for more information regarding the Southern Nevada Trades High School.

shareDOWNTOWN at 11th | December 2022 Progress

Current progress includes the preparation for the stucco exterior finish, interior units getting gypsum board installed, roofing is installed, and mechanical units are set on the roof ready for connections. We are getting ready for a 1st Quarter finish so new tenants can move in.

shareDOWNTOWN – RJ Article

Breslin Builders is pleased to have partnered with Cherry Development on his past projects and looks forward to adding another one to the list. This one will be in the Historic Westside part of downtown Las Vegas at Jefferson and D St. This project will be similar to the other Share projects we have designed and constructed, but will add additional commercial space to the project, bring much needed retail style space to the area.

601 Bridger Main Office TI | October 2022 Progress

Work is progressing on the 601 Bridger Main Level TI office project. This is a design-build project to complete the buildout of the Schwartz Building at 601 Bridger. We previously completed the upper-level law office area (entire floor) and the Brew It coffee shop (main level). This project will finish building out the main level and provide more law office space. The finishes and appearance will be similar to what we completed on the upper level.

shareDOWNTOWN at 11th | May 2022 Progress

The 84-unit apartment project is progressing with the concrete podium columns in place and the garage slab areas being graded. Progress has been made on the perimeter CMU walls leading towards the podium form work and pour.

All City of Las Vegas Building and Public Works permits are finalized and pulled for our new project being completed for Cherry Development! Underground plumbing work is progressing, as well as excavation for the footings. Site utilities are underway. A lot is starting to happen on this 84-unit, 4-story apartment project in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, and soon things will start coming out of the ground.
