This project has reached another milestone with the on-site paving process taking place. Work continues elsewhere on the site including interior finishes, final mechanical, plumbing, and electrical needs.
Our multi-building and multi-story self-storage project being complete for Hugh Horne and HPI in Henderson, Nevada is progressing with roofing in place and exterior finishes being placed. This project is slated for a Summer 2022 opening.
Building 2’s slab is in place, Building 1’s walls are cast, and Building 3’s slab work is progressing! Much has changed since our last post about the Mini-Storage at Horizon project. Tracks for wall framing on Building 2 are being placed. Building 1’s final slab preparation is taking place.
A lot has changed on the mini-storage project in Henderson, Nevada being constructed for Hugh Horne of HPI. CT Equipment has been able to transform what was once a remaining parcel with a wash, black Henderson rock, and lots of large rocks and boulders into a site that will have three separate self-storage buildings. This project is slated to be completed Summer of 2022.
Below are some of the final photos taken of the new self-storage project Breslin Builders has recently completed. The project is located at 4280 Revere St. in North Las Vegas. Consisting of three different buildings, one being a climate controlled three-story structure, and the other two are single story unconditioned storage buildings.
Breslin Builders has been awarded another self-storage facility in the Las Vegas valley. This one is in Henderson, Nevada and located on Horizon Ridge Parkway. The three multi-story structures will provide a new option for self-storage in this part of the valley include a dedicated wine storage facility.
The site take advantage of the terrain with two of the structure having walk-out basement style buildings. The project is situated on an infill lot, the last in this area, when has upgraded exteriors and added landscape provide features to integrate into the surround neighborhood.
Construction will start in March 2021 and is expected to run 14-15 months before being ready for occupancy.
