Much has taken place since our last update and progress is being made on the metal framing and structure of the facility. The framing of 3rd level of this Henderson, Nevada storage facility is being completed. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work is progressing on the 1st and 2nd levels. Hallway systems are being installed on the 1st level.
This project has reached another milestone with the on-site paving process taking place. Work continues elsewhere on the site including interior finishes, final mechanical, plumbing, and electrical needs.
We have started another multi-story self-storage facility in the Las Vegas valley. This 3-story single-building project is in Henderson Nevada at the Lake Mead Crossing Shopping Center at Lake Mead Parkway and Water Street.
Earthwork and initial underground utility work is currently progressing. The project is expected to be completed 2nd Quarter 2023.
Our multi-building and multi-story self-storage project being complete for Hugh Horne and HPI in Henderson, Nevada is progressing with roofing in place and exterior finishes being placed. This project is slated for a Summer 2022 opening.
More progress has been made at the Mini-Storage at Horizon project in Henderson, Nevada. Building 2 framing is progressing, Building 1’s basement walls are cast, and work on Building 3’s foundation system is in the works.
Our self-storage project at Eastern and Sunridge in Henderson, Nevada is completed and has opened for business. Formerly mentioned as Easter Storage, this multi-story, multi-building complex is tucked in behind and existing retail center, completing what was a large area of undeveloped land in 2018.

Breslin Builders has been awarded another self-storage facility in the Las Vegas valley. This one is in Henderson, Nevada and located on Horizon Ridge Parkway. The three multi-story structures will provide a new option for self-storage in this part of the valley include a dedicated wine storage facility.
The site take advantage of the terrain with two of the structure having walk-out basement style buildings. The project is situated on an infill lot, the last in this area, when has upgraded exteriors and added landscape provide features to integrate into the surround neighborhood.
Construction will start in March 2021 and is expected to run 14-15 months before being ready for occupancy.

Breslin Builders is providing refresh and update design-build services for the existing Winchell’s Pub & Grill located at 10620 S. Eastern Ave. in Henderson, NV. We are refreshing the kitchen area, the bar area, and the dining room areas. Future improvements will also include an update to the patio area.
Breslin Builders has begun the site work for a new self-storage facility to be located at Eastern and Horizon Ridge in Henderson, Nevada. The initial work includes deep over excavations of the existing soils in preparation for final grading and building pads. The multi-level self-storage facility, along with the ample covered exterior RV and boat parking area, is anticipated to be completed in 2nd quarter 2020.
Breslin Builders has been retained to provide design-build services for a new marijuana production and extraction facility in Henderson, Nevada. Breslin Builders provided the initial documents needed for State of Nevada and City of Henderson approvals to open within the existing office/warehouse space.
The new work will include a full build out of the open unfinished warehouse space and will include both expanded extraction areas and a large production area for infused products.
Construction documents are currently being prepared for submittal to the City of Henderson in October 2018.
Breslin Builders is putting the finishing touches on the new recording studio at the Art Institute of Las Vegas. The sound panels and other acoustical items are being installed, as well as the other finishing touches, ready for AI to install the sound recording equipment. Progress photos are below:
Work is progressing on the new studio relocation project for The Art Institute of Las Vegas. Gypsum board work is completing, allowing for the final mechanical and electrical rough-ins to be installed within the soundproof enclosure area.
