This project has reached another milestone with the on-site paving process taking place. Work continues elsewhere on the site including interior finishes, final mechanical, plumbing, and electrical needs.

Our multi-building and multi-story self-storage project being complete for Hugh Horne and HPI in Henderson, Nevada is progressing with roofing in place and exterior finishes being placed. This project is slated for a Summer 2022 opening.
More progress has been made at the Mini-Storage at Horizon project in Henderson, Nevada. Building 2 framing is progressing, Building 1’s basement walls are cast, and work on Building 3’s foundation system is in the works.
Building 2’s slab is in place, Building 1’s walls are cast, and Building 3’s slab work is progressing! Much has changed since our last post about the Mini-Storage at Horizon project. Tracks for wall framing on Building 2 are being placed. Building 1’s final slab preparation is taking place.
Breslin Builders progresses the new self-storage project on Revere Street (south of Craig Road) in North Las Vegas. The multi-building project, including a large 3-story facility, is slated for completion in September/October 2020.

Breslin Builders has completed the small expansion project at the Cactus Plaza Retail Center. The work expanded the existing tenant improvement space area for a future Domino’s Pizza build-out.

Breslin Builders, working for Dapper Construction and Dapper Development, has progressed the new two tenant restaurant building out of the ground. Roof framing has progressed over the course of July, allowing the building to take shape and show the unique curve design.

Work on the retail expansion at Cactus Plaza is progressing and stucco work has been completed. The work involves the expansion of the end cap space into an existing patio area to allow more space for a future tenant improvement. In addition to the new walls and stucco work shown in the photos below, the existing sloped patio slab was removed and a new flat slab was provided, as well as additional insulation, reworking of some minor plumbing and electrical items, and eventually the installation of new storefront systems in the existing opening and removal of the existing south facing storefront to expand the interior area.
Breslin Builders provided the original construction for the center in 2015-2016 and are providing design-build services for this new expansion work. The work is progressing and will be completed by the end of July 2019.

The building, designed by BunnyFish Studios, has a very unique and custom curvilinear roof, making this a one of a kind structure. Housing two locally recognized restaurants, Roberto’s Taco Shop and Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, the space will be a welcomed addition to the existing Huntridge Shopping Center at Charleston Boulevard and Maryland Parkway.

The building, designed by BunnyFish Studios, has a very unique and custom curvilinear roof, making this a one of a kind structure. Now that the walls are stood, the roof framing for the Sobb Avenue Warehouse project is well underway for the project. The structural columns and girders have been placed prior to the roof framing starting. The exterior of the wall panels are being cleaned up and patched.

Breslin Builders continues to provide construction services for a medical office tenant improvement remodel at the existing High Risk Pregnancy Center on Pinto Lane in Las Vegas, Nevada. Work on the main level area is being completed allowing the tenant to move into the space from areas upstairs. Work on the second level remodel will begin next week.

Breslin Builders has been selected to provide construction services for a medical office tenant improvement remodel at the existing High Risk Pregnancy Center on Pinto Lane in Las Vegas, Nevada. Years ago Breslin Builders provided the original construction services for the shell building and tenant space (CMFM Building) and are grateful to be able to continue providing construction services for them (click here to see more of our medical office projects).
This project consists of medical office space remodels on both the main level and upper level, new finishes in various locations, as well as building a sound proof room for podcasting and video.
Work has begun on the main level area, which once finishes, will allow them to move spaces from the upper level and allow more treatment rooms to be installed on the upper level medical office area.
