Construction in the back-of-house areas is progressing steadily, with walls now in place, mechanical systems being installed, hoods mounted, and plumbing rough-ins nearing completion. Electrical feeds are also being set up. Additionally, the new north exterior wall has been finished, and work on the roof mechanical platforms is underway.

Work is advancing on the Jackpot Joanie’s location on East Flamingo, formerly Magoos. Interior framing is progressing well, alongside the installation of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical rough-ins. Steel supports are being installed in the exterior CMU walls to accommodate larger openings for a new entrance door and storefront. Additionally, new batt insulation has been added to the underside of the roof sheathing, improving the thermal envelope and enhancing the space’s energy efficiency.

The wood framing has progressed and the interior walls are being added. Additionally, the interior rough-ins for the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical are progressing.

Our work on the new Gipsy Nightclub is progressing and underground work before the slab pour is being completed.

Breslin Builders is working with Rebel Oil Company to upgrade their fire pump at their existing terminal in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Our design-build services included a new concrete pad for the pump house equipment, electrical feeds, as well as bollard installation for vehicular protection. This pump will tie into their existing on-site fire system to provide updated fire suppression for their fueling canopies and loading racks as required by Clark County Fire Department.

Progress continues on the All-Storage Inspirada project. The third level is framed, roof insulation and panels are being installed, the manager’s apartment is framed with rough-ins starting, site CMU fencing is starting, and finished mechanical and electrical installations are taking place in the storage areas.
