Breslin Builders is putting the finishing touches on the Inyo Fine Cannabis Dispensary project. We provided design-build services for this project. Some progress photos are below.
Breslin Builders is making progress on the construction for a new medical marijuana dispensary at the Sahara Towne Square retail center at East Sahara Avenue and Maryland Parkway. Breslin Builders is providing design-build services for this 3,000 square foot dispensary project located within an existing vacant retail space. All but the existing restroom area is being remodeled of what was once a Blockbuster Video store. The project is scheduled for completion in April/May 2015.
Breslin Builders has been selected to provide design-build services for a new medical marijuana dispensary in Las Vegas, Nevada, Inyo Fine Cannabis Dispensary. Plans for the 3,000 square foot facility are under development with construction anticipated to start in March/April 2015 once permits have been obtained from Clark County. The project is being constructed at the Sahara Towne Square retail center at Sahara Avenue and Maryland Parkway, which is were Breslin Builders completed a design-build facade remodel recently also.
In addition to this facility Breslin Builders will also be providing design-build services for an associated cultivation center (grow facility) the first part of 2015 for this same group. Stay tuned for more details as we can release them.
