The building, designed by BunnyFish Studios, has a very unique and custom curvilinear roof, making this a one of a kind structure. Housing two locally recognized restaurants, Roberto’s Taco Shop and Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, the space will be a welcomed addition to the existing Huntridge Shopping Center at Charleston Boulevard and Maryland Parkway.

In preparation for the two restaurant tenants a grease interceptor has been installed, along with the balance of the shell underground plumbing. Prior to the underground work, grading was completed and concrete forms were in place. We anticipate the project having an approximate 90 day schedule.
