As part of the ongoing improvements in the area around Allegiant Stadium, another parking option is being added to the mix. Breslin Builders is providing construction services to clear the existing site in preparation for a new parking lot use.

Breslin Builders has been actively working on a tenant improvement remodel of an existing retail space at the Silverado Ranch Plaza at Eastern and Silverado Ranch in Las Vegas, Nevada. The former 4,288 square foot T-Mobile space is being transformed into a Carter’s For Kids and OSHKOSH co-branded location.
Breslin Builder is providing the landlord work for the tenant improvement. Worked started in June 2023 and is nearing completion in August. Dan Stuart Davis, Architect is the architect of record for the project.
Our scope includes selective demolition of the existing space, new restrooms, open retail space, and back-of-house areas ready for the tenant to install the needed sales fixture and other tenant supplied items for the retail store.

Our Gipsy Nightclub project keeps moving along. Interior finishes are being installed, as well as exterior site work is progressing. Breslin Builders is working with the owner on some owner updates and changes to help bring their vision for the space to reality.

We are getting closer to the finish line on this project. Exterior building finishes are nearing completion. The interiors are making great progress also. The site work is progressing with the concrete flat work being installed in preparation for new pavement.

Our latest design-build multi-family project, shareDOWNTOWN Fremont East (aka shareDOWNTOWN at 11th) has officially been opened and residents are making it their new home. Mayor Carolyn Goodman, Councilman Cedric Crear, and other guests and dignitaries joined the shareDOWNTOWN team for a grand opening event in the second-level courtyard area, including a few speeches and a fashion show.

Our project for ECL Gaming at Craig and Simmons, Lucky 7’s CS, is almost completed. This is another remodel of an existing tavern that involved the complete remodel of the interior, fixing some structural issues along the way, and cleaning up the exterior facades.

The building is taking on a whole new look with the exterior stucco and finishes being installed. The interior work is progressing also converting this old-style tavern into a new Jackpot Joanie’s location. The only reminder of the old building is the exposed trusses being used as part of the interior decor.

We are wrapping up our second shareDOWNTOWN project for Cherry Development. This one is shareDOWNTOWN East Fremont (at 11th and Stewart). The finishing touches on the interiors, site work, and other items are being completed.

Our remodel work for a new Lucky 7’s tavern at the corner of Craig and Simmons is progressing towards a finish next month. This remodel converted the existing Sporting Chance tavern into a new Lucky 7’s location and included a complete interior remodel, as well as facade adjustments.

Breslin Builders, specifically the shareDOWNTOWN at 11th project, and Tony Barras, the project manager and superintendent, were awarded the General Contractor of the Year Award for projects $12MM. World Wide Safety awarded Breslin Builders the project for our safety record during the course of the project. We take safety seriously and are honored that Breslin Builders was chosen for this award.

In addition to the awards presentation, the event had an auction benefiting a new local public charter school specifically related to construction. Check out this link for more information regarding the Southern Nevada Trades High School.
Much has taken place since our last update and progress is being made on the metal framing and structure of the facility. The framing of 3rd level of this Henderson, Nevada storage facility is being completed. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work is progressing on the 1st and 2nd levels. Hallway systems are being installed on the 1st level.

Current progress includes the preparation for the stucco exterior finish, interior units getting gypsum board installed, roofing is installed, and mechanical units are set on the roof ready for connections. We are getting ready for a 1st Quarter finish so new tenants can move in.
This is a newer remodel project we are well underway with for ECL Gaming. This is a remodel of the existing Irene’s tavern into a new Jackpot Joanie’s. The project involves a complete remodel of the interior and an update and a remodel of the exterior facade. The project includes new exterior framing and stucco, cutting openings in the existing CMU walls, new roofing materials installed, and a full buildout on the interior including new restrooms, a new gaming area and bar, and seating areas.

Work is progressing on the 601 Bridger Main Level TI office project. This is a design-build project to complete the buildout of the Schwartz Building at 601 Bridger. We previously completed the upper-level law office area (entire floor) and the Brew It coffee shop (main level). This project will finish building out the main level and provide more law office space. The finishes and appearance will be similar to what we completed on the upper level.

The wood framing has progressed and the interior walls are being added. Additionally, the interior rough-ins for the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical are progressing.

Framing for the various floor levels and units is taking shape. Rough-ins for the plumbing and electrical trades are also progressing. Stairs are being installed to each level also.
The slab have been poured on the new self-storage facility we are constructing in Henderson, Nevada. This is a hugh milestone in progressing the project.
