Dewey Parking Lot – Allegiant Stadium

As part of the ongoing improvements in the area around Allegiant Stadium, another parking option is being added to the mix. Breslin Builders is providing construction services to clear the existing site in preparation for a new parking lot use.

Carter’s For Kids OSHKOSH | July 2023 Progress

Breslin Builders has been actively working on a tenant improvement remodel of an existing retail space at the Silverado Ranch Plaza at Eastern and Silverado Ranch in Las Vegas, Nevada. The former 4,288 square foot T-Mobile space is being transformed into a Carter’s For Kids and OSHKOSH co-branded location.

Breslin Builder is providing the landlord work for the tenant improvement. Worked started in June 2023 and is nearing completion in August. Dan Stuart Davis, Architect is the architect of record for the project.

Our scope includes selective demolition of the existing space, new restrooms, open retail space, and back-of-house areas ready for the tenant to install the needed sales fixture and other tenant supplied items for the retail store.

Gipsy Nightclub | June 2023 Progress

Our Gipsy Nightclub project keeps moving along. Interior finishes are being installed, as well as exterior site work is progressing. Breslin Builders is working with the owner on some owner updates and changes to help bring their vision for the space to reality.

Jackpot Joanie’s SL | March 2023 Progress

The building is taking on a whole new look with the exterior stucco and finishes being installed. The interior work is progressing also converting this old-style tavern into a new Jackpot Joanie’s location. The only reminder of the old building is the exposed trusses being used as part of the interior decor.

Jackpot Joanie’s SL | November 2022 Progress

This is a newer remodel project we are well underway with for ECL Gaming. This is a remodel of the existing Irene’s tavern into a new Jackpot Joanie’s. The project involves a complete remodel of the interior and an update and a remodel of the exterior facade. The project includes new exterior framing and stucco, cutting openings in the existing CMU walls, new roofing materials installed, and a full buildout on the interior including new restrooms, a new gaming area and bar, and seating areas.

Airport Self Storage | October 2021

Breslin Builders has been engaged to provide design-build services for a new multi-story self storage facility in the Southwest part of the Las Vegas valley. The project consists of various unit sizes across 130,000 square feet of floor space. The project is designed to take advantage of the location and will cater to both local residents, local businesses, but also the tourist and timeshare market, allowing ease of access from the airport and rental car facility.

Breslin’s in-house design group completed conceptual designs and we will be moving into the entitlement and construction documentation phases next. Construction is slated to start 3rd Quarter 2022.

Lucky 7’s at Trop and Jones | September 2021 Progress

We have started the interior remodel work converting an old Irene’s Lounge into a new Lucky 7’s tavern. This project is owned by the same client that we have completed Jackpot Joanie’s for, as well as currently constructing their new corporate offices, Ron Winchell and Eclipse Gaming. Breslin Builders is providing both design and construction services for this project.

The initial phase involved gutting the existing shell space in preparation for the new work. The existing bar, kitchen, restrooms, and other related spaces have been removed to make way for the new tavern use.

Gilespie Storage | June 2021 Progress

Breslin Builders has started our next self storage project in the Las Vegas valley. This one will be located at Gilespie Street just north of Silverado Ranch Boulevard. Clark County Public Works has issued the grading permit and site work is gearing up to begin. The project will consist of multiple style storage buildings including single story and multi-story buildings, a manager’s unit, along with on and off-site improvements.

This project make the 4th self-storage project we have started over the past couple of years, adding to our list of other storage projects we have completed during our 40+ years in the Las Vegas valley.

Jackpot Joanie’s SE | March 2021 Progress

Our second design-build Jackpot Joanie’s location at Sahara and Eastern is nearing completion.  The old Dream Furniture location has been completely renovated into a new Jackpot Joanie’s location.  Breslin Builders provided full design-build services for this project.

Jackpot Joanie’s HS | March 2021 Progress

The tenant improvement work for a new Jackpot Joanie’s at Hualapai and Sunset is progress into the finishes mode.  Ceiling grid, paint, FRP, and other items are being installed in this new location for Jackpot Joanie’s.

 

As with two prior Jackpot Joanie’s locations, Breslin Builders is providing full design-build services on this project also including in-house design and full general contracting services.

 

The project is anticipated to be finished in May | June 2021.

Mini-Storage at Revere | July 2020 Progress

Breslin Builders progresses the new self-storage project on Revere Street (south of Craig Road) in North Las Vegas.  The multi-building project, including a large 3-story facility, is slated for completion in September/October 2020.

Grading is completed and underground plumbing and site utility work is progressing on the 63 unit mixed-use apartment project Breslin Builders is providing design-build services for.  The downtown located project at Casino Center and Colorado is on track for a 2nd quarter completion in 2020.

shareDOWNTOWN Apartments | July 2019 Progress

Site work has begun on the new multi-story mixed used apartment project in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada.  The project will have two ground floor retail spaces, enclosed on grade parking, and 3-levels of apartments above the concrete podium consisting of 63 units total.  Each unit is designed as a studio apartment containing approximately 480 square feet each.  The project also has three community/gathering rooms.  Located at the southwest corner of Casino Center Boulevard and Colorado Avenue, the project is anticipated to be completed April/May 2020.  Breslin Builders provided design-build services for the project.

Cactus Plaza Expansion | July 2019 Progress

Work on the retail expansion at Cactus Plaza is progressing and stucco work has been completed.  The work involves the expansion of the end cap space into an existing patio area to allow more space for a future tenant improvement.  In addition to the new walls and stucco work shown in the photos below, the existing sloped patio slab was removed and a new flat slab was provided, as well as additional insulation, reworking of some minor plumbing and electrical items, and eventually the installation of new storefront systems in the existing opening and removal of the existing south facing storefront to expand the interior area.

Breslin Builders provided the original construction for the center in 2015-2016 and are providing design-build services for this new expansion work.  The work is progressing and will be completed by the end of July 2019.
