All City of Las Vegas Building and Public Works permits are finalized and pulled for our new project being completed for Cherry Development! Underground plumbing work is progressing, as well as excavation for the footings. Site utilities are underway. A lot is starting to happen on this 84-unit, 4-story apartment project in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, and soon things will start coming out of the ground.
Our multi-building and multi-story self-storage project being complete for Hugh Horne and HPI in Henderson, Nevada is progressing with roofing in place and exterior finishes being placed. This project is slated for a Summer 2022 opening.
Our next apartment project in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada has started! This one will be similar to the one we completed at Casino Center and Colorado, with an added floor to increase the unit count to 84 units. The project will progress throughout 2022 with an anticipated completed first part of 2023.
Much has happened over the last few months at the new Gilespie Self-Storage project. All buildings are in progress now. Interior mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work is progressing.

We have made great progress on the interior remodel of the new Lucky 7’s. The new storefront system has been installed. Finishes are progressing with an opening anticipated by the end of the month.
Our design-build project at the Bali Hai Golf Course Club House, which is adding a new sports bar within an existing covered patio area, is progress towards the end.
Finishes are being installed including various tiki style materials, creating a fun place for a drink or food after (or before) your 18 holes of golf. Playing off the “tiki” theme, but also keep with the overall Polynesian theme of the club house and golf course, the new sports bar be your next stop in your experience at the Bali Hai Golf Course.
Breslin Builders has provided both design and construction of this newest addition to the clubhouse, which is a project we provided initial design-assist and construction services in the early 2000’s, and have provided various construction services over the past decades at the property.
Breslin Builders has been engaged to provide design-build services for a new multi-story self storage facility in the Southwest part of the Las Vegas valley. The project consists of various unit sizes across 130,000 square feet of floor space. The project is designed to take advantage of the location and will cater to both local residents, local businesses, but also the tourist and timeshare market, allowing ease of access from the airport and rental car facility.
Breslin’s in-house design group completed conceptual designs and we will be moving into the entitlement and construction documentation phases next. Construction is slated to start 3rd Quarter 2022.

We have started the interior remodel work converting an old Irene’s Lounge into a new Lucky 7’s tavern. This project is owned by the same client that we have completed Jackpot Joanie’s for, as well as currently constructing their new corporate offices, Ron Winchell and Eclipse Gaming. Breslin Builders is providing both design and construction services for this project.
The initial phase involved gutting the existing shell space in preparation for the new work. The existing bar, kitchen, restrooms, and other related spaces have been removed to make way for the new tavern use.
More progress has been made at the Mini-Storage at Horizon project in Henderson, Nevada. Building 2 framing is progressing, Building 1’s basement walls are cast, and work on Building 3’s foundation system is in the works.
Permits have been issued! The site grading and pad work has been completed and the main building foundations are being prepared for our first concrete pour on this project.
Work continues on the Eclipse Gaming Office including CMU walls, structural frame, site fencing, and other related items.
Building 2’s slab is in place, Building 1’s walls are cast, and Building 3’s slab work is progressing! Much has changed since our last post about the Mini-Storage at Horizon project. Tracks for wall framing on Building 2 are being placed. Building 1’s final slab preparation is taking place.
Progress is well underway for a new coffee shop in downtown Las Vegas. Breslin Builders provided design-build services for the Brew It Coffee shop at 601 Bridger (corner of 6th Street and Bridger in downtown). The project is a continuation of other work we have completed over the past year including the entire upper level of the building for Schwartz Law‘s new office. We are also completing lobby and restroom upgrades on the main level, as well as creating a space for future tenant improvements on the main level.
Early on a Friday morning, the final slabs were poured at the Eclipse Gaming Office on Buffalo and Teco in the southwest part of the Las Vegas valley. The office area slab and the warehouse areas were completed, ready for the next steps including masonry walls.
A lot has changed on the mini-storage project in Henderson, Nevada being constructed for Hugh Horne of HPI. CT Equipment has been able to transform what was once a remaining parcel with a wash, black Henderson rock, and lots of large rocks and boulders into a site that will have three separate self-storage buildings. This project is slated to be completed Summer of 2022.
Below are some of the final photos taken of the new self-storage project Breslin Builders has recently completed. The project is located at 4280 Revere St. in North Las Vegas. Consisting of three different buildings, one being a climate controlled three-story structure, and the other two are single story unconditioned storage buildings.
Our second design-build Jackpot Joanie’s location at Sahara and Eastern is nearing completion. The old Dream Furniture location has been completely renovated into a new Jackpot Joanie’s location. Breslin Builders provided full design-build services for this project.

Breslin Builders has been awarded another self-storage facility in the Las Vegas valley. This one is in Henderson, Nevada and located on Horizon Ridge Parkway. The three multi-story structures will provide a new option for self-storage in this part of the valley include a dedicated wine storage facility.
The site take advantage of the terrain with two of the structure having walk-out basement style buildings. The project is situated on an infill lot, the last in this area, when has upgraded exteriors and added landscape provide features to integrate into the surround neighborhood.
Construction will start in March 2021 and is expected to run 14-15 months before being ready for occupancy.
