Under the mentorship of Jack Breslin, the second-generation management team of Tyler Greenan, Todd McBrayer, and Ryan Wilkerson continues to build on the reputation and experience that clients have relied on since 1980.

Tyler Greenan

Vice President

Tyler Greenan has been with Breslin Builders since 1997, and has held various positions including Project Engineer, Superintendent, and Project Manager. He currently serves as Vice President overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Through the years while working his way through various positions in the company, Tyler has increased his skill set in the construction trades including his current requirements in the Vice President role.  Tyler is also a Qualified Individual on Breslin Builder’s State of Nevada General Contractor’s B license.

Tyler is well versed in estimating, contract administration, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, plan review and interpretation, client relations, coordination with designers, architects, and engineers, as well as interfacing with municipal requirements.

Todd McBrayer

Pre-Construction | Design | Project Manager

Todd McBrayer has been with Breslin Builders for over 24 years and his primary duties are overseeing the in-house design group of Breslin Builders. He also helps with the Pre-Construction efforts and has served as a Project Manager.  In addition, Todd is also responsible for the company’s website and assists with other graphic design and public relations/marketing items.  Todd is also a Qualified Individual on Breslin Builder’s State of Nevada General Contractor’s B license.

As part of the pre-construction and design efforts, Todd coordinates the in-house design process for all of the company’s design-build projects with services ranging from initial and continued client meetings, through all stages of design and construction document development, as well as land-use approvals, interior design, project specifications, code reviews, consultant coordination, permit submittal and issuance, and construction administration.  Todd is also instrumental in the company’s pre-construction services including initial client reviews, ROM budgeting, coordinating with estimating, project and property assessments review, and other tasks related to Pre-Construction services.  His work requires careful collaboration with owners, various consultants and engineers, architects (design-assist), and others who are involved in the overall process.  Todd works in concert with the client to make sure the final project will meet or exceed the client’s requirements.  He coordinates with the balance of the Breslin Builders team to ensure the project’s design and detailing, as well as schedule, are coming in on budget and on time.  He is also a construction project manager and oversees various construction projects for the company including budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and owner coordination.

With over thirty years of experience in the design and construction industry, and having been employed by various companies including architects, civil engineers, developers, and property managers, Todd brings a well-rounded background and vast experience to each project he is involved with.  His attention to detail and coordination efforts ensure that the projects Breslin Builders completes are of high quality and standards.

Ryan Wilkerson

Project Manager

Ryan Wilkerson joined the Breslin team in January 2020. His prior position was with a local Las Vegas development firm; Dapper Companies where he was Sr. VP of Construction. During his tenure at Dapper Development, he was the primary project manager while fulfilling many other roles within the firm. He oversaw the complete development process of multiple projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Ryan’s previous project management and development experiences give him a unique owner’s perspective that is not common in the contractor industry.  

Ryan is well-versed in coordination with designers, architects, and engineers, interfacing with municipal requirements, plan review and interpretation, client relations, as well as subcontractor coordination.

Ryan is a veteran of the United State Air Force.

Jack Breslin

Owner/President

Jack Breslin started Breslin Builders in September of 1980.  Prior to this, Jack was owner of Custom Builders Framing from 1976 to 1980.  

While still the company Owner and President, Jack has taken more of an oversight and mentoring position for the company, working with the second-generation management team of Tyler, Todd, and Ryan, sharing decades of valuable experience to keep Breslin Builders moving into its next phase.

Over the years he has overseen the entire design/construction process from conceptual design/development through final construction, working closely with the owners, engineers, architects, and others who are involved in the process to ensure the needs of the owner are met and the project stays within an approved budget and timeframe.

After graduating from Clark High School in Las Vegas, Jack attended Orange Coast College.  He also completed the four-year apprenticeship program with the local Carpenter’s Union, Local 1780.
