Inspire Theater taking shape…

Breslin Builders has made progress on the transformation of the old 7-Eleven space at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Fremont Street, repurposing an old empty space into what will be a place to be “Inspired”…

The project requires the addition of a complete second level, which the steel framing and metal decking is in place.  A 150+ seat theater is being added for Ted type inspired talks and presentations will be made.  The build-out will also have a coffee shop and associated seating, a bar/lounge area, and other meeting spaces open to the public, allowing for various meet ups and interactions, all to help further Downtown Project‘s vision of a new and vibrant, interactive and “inspired” downtown  Las Vegas.

Breslin Builders is the lead design-build general contractor on the project with Craig Sean Palacios Architect as the architect of record.  Opening in the Fall of 2013, this project will greatly improve the offerings at the most prominent corner in downtown Las Vegas.
