Pawn Shop Repairs Progress…
Breslin Builders has been retained to fix the damage created when a vehicle ran into an existing building in downtown Las Vegas. The vehicle ran through the east CMU and wood framed wall of the existing building at 519 E. St. Louis, causing minor structural damage to the wall and ceiling framing. Working with owner and their insurance company, we have provided the needed drawings, obtained the disaster repair permits from the city of Las Vegas, and are providing the construction services to fix the damage structure.
Though this is a relatively small project compared to the other projects we do, this shows the versatility and range of services and projects Breslin Builders is able to provide and complete.
