Located at the southeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas is a new coffee shop, 150 seat theater, and bar(s) venue, located in what use to be a 7-Eleven convenience store. Breslin Builders, in working with CSPA Studios, provided construction services for the project.
Extensive remodel and construction services were required both within the existing interior of the space, as well as the exterior and roof area, to convert the original single story space into a new three level space, including a sloped theater floor, new restrooms, new bars, a new roof top deck and bar area, and other support facilities to make this the newest place in downtown Las Vegas to hang out, meet, have a drink, and get “inspired” while watching a mini-TED style talk or concert in the theater.
