Huntridge Retail | July 2019 Roof Framing Progress

Breslin Builders, working for Dapper Construction and Dapper Development, has progressed the new two tenant restaurant building out of the ground.  Roof framing has progressed over the course of July, allowing the building to take shape and show the unique curve design.

Huntridge Retail | June 2019 Progress

Breslin Builders, working for Dapper Construction and Dapper Development, has progressed the new two tenant restaurant building out of the ground.  The slab has been poured and the unique CMU walls are being completed.

The building, designed by BunnyFish Studios, has a very unique and custom curvilinear roof, making this a one of a kind structure.  Housing two locally recognized restaurants, Roberto’s Taco Shop and Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, the space will be a welcomed addition to the existing Huntridge Shopping Center at Charleston Boulevard and Maryland Parkway.

Breslin Builders, working for Dapper Construction and Dapper Development, has progressed the new two tenant restaurant building out of the ground.  After a few months of existing utility relocation, site work, and underground installations, we have columns in place ready to put the slab.

The building, designed by BunnyFish Studios, has a very unique and custom curvilinear roof, making this a one of a kind structure.  Housing two locally recognized restaurants, Roberto’s Taco Shop and Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, the space will be a welcomed addition to the existing Huntridge Shopping Center at Charleston Boulevard and Maryland Parkway.

Craig and 95 Retail | August 2018 Progress

More progress on the Craig and 95 Retail shell building for Dapper Development.  Stucco is completed and primed, CMU planters being finished, decorative steel items have been installed, as well as other items progressing.

Sobb Avenue Warehouse | June 2018 Progress

Breslin Builders has started the site work for the new 32,000 square footage multi-tenant Sobb Avenue Warehouse project.  Clearing and grubbing is taking place in anticipation of a final civil improvement permit.  Additionally, the site will have rock crushing and caliche removal started.  Progress photos are below:

Art Institute Recording Studio | June 2018 Progress

Breslin Builders is putting the finishing touches on the new recording studio at the Art Institute of Las Vegas.  The sound panels and other acoustical items are being installed, as well as the other finishing touches, ready for AI to install the sound recording equipment.  Progress photos are below:

 

Craig and 95 Retail | May 2018 Progress

The new retail building Breslin Builders is constructing for Dapper Development at Craig and 95 is progressing with the slab in place ready for framing.  The slab has a ribbon strip for the two future retail space underground work.  Progress photos are below:

Shadow Hills Student Center Progress | May 2018

The Shadow Hills Student Center is nearing completion.  The interiors are finishing up with flooring, ceilings, millwork, and other finish trims.  The exterior work includes the flat work, landscape preparation, fencing, paving, and other related items.  We anticipate work to be completed in June 2018.

Craig and 95 Retail Shell | Dapper Development | May 2018

Construction work has begun on the new 3,200+ square foot multi-tenant retail shell space at Dapper Development’s Craig and 95 project.  In preparation for the two restaurant tenants a grease interceptor has been installed, along with the balance of the shell underground plumbing.  Prior to the underground work, grading was completed and concrete forms were in place.  We anticipate the project having an approximate 90 day schedule.
