Breslin Builders has been selected to provide construction services for a medical office tenant improvement remodel at the existing High Risk Pregnancy Center on Pinto Lane in Las Vegas, Nevada. Years ago Breslin Builders provided the original construction services for the shell building and tenant space (CMFM Building) and are grateful to be able to continue providing construction services for them (click here to see more of our medical office projects).
This project consists of medical office space remodels on both the main level and upper level, new finishes in various locations, as well as building a sound proof room for podcasting and video.
Work has begun on the main level area, which once finishes, will allow them to move spaces from the upper level and allow more treatment rooms to be installed on the upper level medical office area.

Grading work is progressing on the new warehouse project Breslin Builders is providing design-build services for. We are working towards final building department approvals, but we are able to get some initial grading started. In addition to having to import to the site, we also provided on-site crushing efforts to break down the larger caliche boulders found on-site.

Breslin Builders is putting the finishing touches on the new recording studio at the Art Institute of Las Vegas. The sound panels and other acoustical items are being installed, as well as the other finishing touches, ready for AI to install the sound recording equipment. Progress photos are below:
Work is progressing on the new studio relocation project for The Art Institute of Las Vegas. Gypsum board work is completing, allowing for the final mechanical and electrical rough-ins to be installed within the soundproof enclosure area.

Breslin Builders has been awarded a new retail shell project for Ten15 Craig Tenaya LLC, part of the Dapper Companies in Las Vegas, Nevada. The new project will be constructed on a pad ready site at 7130 West Craig Road (adjacent to the existing Kneaders). The 3,240 square foot shell space will be set up as two future restaurant tenant spaces. We anticipate a tight schedule of 90-120 days for completion.

The All-Storage I-15 project site work is progressing including installation of the underground on-site utilities. The building pads are also being prepared.
This marks the second mini-storage project we will be completing for All-Storage, and yet another mini-storage project to add to many others we have completed over the years.
