Breslin Builders is starting work on a new Walgreens pharmacy at Durango and Deer Springs...
Construction services have started on a new free-standing Walgreens pharmacy at the northwest corner of Durango Drive and Deer Springs Way in northwest Las Vegas, Nevada. This new 14,490 square foot store is being developed for Cottonwood Capital as part of an overall five acre retail site development master planned for the pharmacy, retail space, a fast food use, and office space, in coordination with Deer Springs Development.
Breslin Builders provided the overall site master plan, the building designs, and the construction documentation for the site and Walgreens as part of a design/build process. Working closely within the standard criteria and specifications from Walgreens, the new building is being built per their latest 2009 criteria requirements. The building elevations and site requirements are per the city of Las Vegas Town Center Design Standards, which required the project's exterior elevations and site amenities to be upgraded from a standard Walgreens project.
