Breslin Builders puts the finishing touches on the new Durango Commons Office Building Two at Durango Commons...
Work has been completed on the core and shell portion of the next office building at Durango Commons (southeast corner of Durango and Windmill and the southwest part of the Las Vegas valley). This just over 56,000 square foot two-story type II-B office building was designed by Breslin Builders in-house Design Group and will be a multi-tenant class "A" office building. Design cues have been taken from the existing Allegiant Air Office Building located in the same office park to the east.
In addition to the core/shell portion of the project, over 65% of the space is built-out already with various tenant improvements, including space additional training facilities for Allegiant Air (including housing their fuselage training simulator), CommPartners headquarters (a nation VoIP provider), and Flynn Gallagher's new offices. Agreements are being worked on for the balance of the tenant space.
This project is a LEED Core & Shell v2.0 Silver registered project and the final LEED documentation being processed for submittal to USGBC for final review and approval. Breslin Builders is providing the overall LEED administration for the project.
